Will I get a full refund, including shipping costs?

To receive your full refund, it is important that you return the product to its original condition. Therefore, you can see the product, but not use it (For example, it is not possible to cook with cookware and then return it). 

Return is FREE if you use our returns process and our specific shipping company. If you choose to return the product via another shipping company, we will not be able to refund shipping costs.
