MAINTENANCE:
Apart from the necessary dusting, to keep the velvet clean and fluffy, it's a good idea to vacuum it once a week. Attach a soft brush, set the mild program on your vacuum, and sweep the entire surface in the direction of the grain.
In no case should you rub a velvet fabric. Even if you must remove a stain, don't scrub it. Moisten a soft cloth with water and dab locally on the stain.
