You can monitor the temperature in the chambers with the integrated thermometers. The smoker also has a shelf at the front of the firebox and a large shelf underneath the cooking chambers on which you can place spices, ingredients, utensils and other barbecue essentials. Thanks to the wooden handles, opening the chambers is safe and convenient.
