MATERIAL:
This "star" is made of chrome-plated metal and its durability is unsurpassed. Chromium has a steely and shiny color, and it is a hard and brittle metal with a high melting point. Chrome metal has high corrosion resistance and high hardness. Thus, it is widely used in the protection of steel, while also offering a glossy finish. What makes chromium useful in coatings is the fact that it is unstable in an oxygen environment and quickly forms a thin oxide layer, which does not allow oxygen to penetrate further, thereby protecting the substrate from rust. Another advantage of the final coating is resistance to abrasion. Finally, from a decorative point of view, we would say that chrome gives the sense of cleanliness to any space.

INSTALLATION:
The ease of fitting the new star depends on how easily you can remove the old "star" from the chair suspension. Usually, suspensions get stuck in the "star" after many years of use, and you need to tap the old "star" evenly with a hammer to dislodge it from the suspension. Then simply clip the new star onto the suspension and the chair is ready for use.
