Return instructions - collection service

To organize the collection from your place as soon as possible and without problems we will need the following information: 

1. Name and receiving address. 
   
2. Phone number available during business hours 
   
   
3. Date for receipt 
   
   
4. Make sure the item is properly packed, preferably in the original box. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. 
   
5. If you need to repack your product, please ensure that the packaging is a similar size to the original and does not exceed the limitations we provide and remove all old labels from the box. 
   
6. Please confirm with us how many boxes you are going to use, their size and weight. 
   
   
7. If the shipping company provides you with a receipt, send it to Pakobazaar. 
   
   
8. We will check your return and make sure everything is as it should be. From that time, we will process a replacement or refund request, depending on what you choose. 
   
   
9. Once your refund is requested, our accounting office will refund the money the next business day, but it may take up to 10 business days for your money to appear in your bank account. The exact number of days depends on the payment method you have used, and the banks involved. The replacement may take up to 15 days to be received.
