Return instructions - delivery service.

Make sure the item is properly packed, preferably in the original box. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. 

• Print the return label(s) we will have emailed and make sure the information is legible. 

• Remove all old labels from the box and attach the new label(s). 

• If you need to repackage your product, please ensure that the packaging is a similar size to the original and does not exceed the limitations we provide. 

• Deliver your parcel to the nearest parcel collection point and notify us of your delivery. 

We will check your return and make sure everything is as it should be. From that time, we will process a replacement or refund request, depending on what you choose. 

Once your refund is requested, our accounting office will refund the money the next business day, but it may take up to 10 business days for your money to appear in your bank account. The exact number of days depends on the payment method you have used, and the banks involved. The replacement may take up to 15 days to be received.
